Add style and personality to your indoor or outdoor decor with throw cushions in 2 sizes offered in two different types of fabric.

As a child I was fascinated by the segmented needles of the she-oak or casuarina tree. I would collect these at school and break the bonds between the segments. Surely I can’t be the only one?! This design is inspired by those memories.

Each cushion has the same print on back and front.

Choose between Linen Cotton Canvas or Recycled Canvas.

  • Linen Cotton Canvas is 215gsm (a medium weight) and a 55% linen, 45% cotton blend. It has an Oxford weave texture with a soft, slub feel.
  • Recycled Canvas is 50% REPREVE® recycled polyester and 50% polyester. It is a durable 240gsm fabric that will hold up to the elements, perfect for outdoor cushions.

Each cushion has a hidden zipper. Choose one pattern or add additional cushions in the available coordinating patterns for extra wow. Cushion cover only - NO insert will be provided. We recommend using an insert slightly bigger than the cushion cover for extra plumpness.

Small 46cm (18") Square
Large 51cm (20") Square

Care Instructions

Washing

We highly recommend washing your cushion covers with a phosphate-free detergent in cool/cold water with similarly coloured items. Washing and line drying inside out is recommended to protect the print from fading.

Some fading as a result of washing is typical over time. This is most notable on darker shades. The more popular front-loading washers do contribute more to this colour loss because of the increased tumbling and agitation during cleaning, but this can be minimised by using cool wash settings and gentle wash cycles.

Drying

While line drying is preferable due to its lower environmental impact, if tumble drying is necessary, it is best to tumble dry on a low temperature or permanent press setting and remove your items promptly so as to avoid wrinkling.

Ironing

Iron using standard settings for cotton with the printed side down.

Dry cleaning

Dry cleaning is not recommended and the solvent perchloroethylene, also known as 'perc', commonly used in dry cleaning will react badly with the printing pigments.
